We’re set in the Lower Garden District, a quiet stretch between Uptown grandeur and the hum of the French Quarter. We’re just steps from Magazine Street—lined with boutiques, cafes, and art galleries—and just around the corner from St. Charles Avenue, the city’s main thoroughfare, where vintage streetcars carry you through oak-lined neighborhoods and into every vibrant corner of town.
Designed by local talent Jeannine Jacob, the hotel seamlessly blends tropical ease with moody corners, soft lighting, and spaces that unfold like a Southern afternoon. Each of the 47 retreat-like guestrooms feature rich textures, elevated finishes, and plenty of the signature New Orleans soul, transporting guests to an age of timeless charm inspired by the city’s majestic, centuries-old residences.
Across the street, The Blackbird Hotel offers a change of scenery without ever leaving the neighborhood. Swing by for morning coffee at Blackbird Café or ease into the evening with a cocktail in their moody, modern Lobby Bar. While its pool is reserved just for Blackbird guests, everything else is fair game and always worth the quick stroll. Two hotels, one leafy corner of New Orleans to call your own.
